We collect things. Whether we admit it or not, collecting and possessing things is something we do instinctively. It’s a human need really – and it grabs us almost unconsciously. We can’t really explain it. But, ever since our days as hunter-gatherers, we have been, well, hunter-gatherers of things. Of course, in those days, the need was more urgent. It was a matter of survival. We foraged mainly for food. However, it didn’t end there. Along the way, we picked up an odd thing or two – anything that caught our attention or fancied our pre-historic minds and sentiments.
